How do I return something to you?

If you need to return a shirt to us it is very straightforward to do so. Email us at

If for any reason you are not happy with your shirt you can return it to us so long as it is unworn and unwashed, for a full refund. Please read the terms & conditions page for more information. As soon as we receive your shirt we will process it for an exchange etc.

How secure is your site/payment processing?

Our credit/debit card payments are handled by Stripe who process in excess of €1Bn per annum in payments

We do not have access to your card details at any point: all card details are captured by Stripe and encrypted at the point of authorisation.

We also offer PayPal as another secure payment method. PayPal helps keep your data as secure as possible-with automatic encryption for all of your sensitive information and email communications. When you register or log in to PayPal, they confirm that your browser is running Secure Socket Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher, which gives you the maximum possible protection. 87.2 Million people worldwide use PayPal, it is one of the easiest, safest and most convenient ways to shop online.

What currencies/payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of secure payment options, to make sure you can pay how you want to.

We also accept multiple currencies so you can pay directly in US Dollars ($USD) if you are in the US, Sterling (£GBP) if you are in the UK. Our payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit and Paypal.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Once your order has been placed, we dispatch it within 4-5 working days. You should receive it in the following times:

UK: 2-10 working days after dispatch

Europe: 5-20 Working days after dispatch

Rest of the World: 5-30 Working days after dispatch

That said, postal services can vary hugely in their delivery times. Please wait the above times before contacting us in relation to your order.

How do I track my order?

We do not offer a tracking service but if you place an order using our Signed for option it is insured against loss in the post.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your confirmation you should receive it in the following times:

How much does postage/shipping cost?

Standard shipping is completely free within the UK. We use Royal Mail 48 service.  We can also ship your order via 1st Class with signature for additional fee:

  • T-shirts 1st Class Signed For shipping from £2.80
  • Hoodies 1st Class Parcel Signed For shipping from £4.50

For all other countries, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5 for T-shirts, Hoodies £8.

We can offer International Signed and Tracked Shipping for an extra fee.

Where do you ship to?

The simple answer is worldwide. Unfortunately, due to certain limitations, we currently do not ship to Africa.

Will my t-shirt/hoodie look exactly like on the website?

The images you see of the t shirts and hoodies are digital mock ups of the design on the product. Because of the way our system works (a new shirt each day) it is not practical/possible to have actual product photos each day. The actual colour of the design may slightly vary due to printing limitations, photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings, so we cannot guarantee that colours or the layout will be identical to what you see online, of course we always do our best to offer as close to, or an improvement upon what you see on our site.

Do your shirts shrink?

Our t-shirts comply with the general performance standards in the clothing retail industry. Some shrinkage and twisting may occur after washing but will stay within the acceptable limits for dimensional stability performance. To minimize shrinking and twisting, it is recommended that the wash temperature does not exceed 40C in a standard or delicate washing cycle, and the garments are reshaped before drying on a line or flat. Hot washes and tumble drying is likely to affect the dimensional stability of the garments and may also cause fading of colour. For the sake of protecting the environment, we say: wash at 30C or below, do not tumble dry, line dry and only iron when necessary.

How are your shirts & hoodies printed?

All of our products are printed locally using high quality Heat Transfer and Direct to Garment printing methods.

What sizes do you sell?

We have a full range of unisex sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL so you are sure to find the perfect fit. We also offer sizes upto 5XL on request. Write to us at with you r requirements. Please be aware that there will be an additional cost for these larger sizes.

What t-shirts do you print on?

We only print on high quality, super soft 100% cotton t shirts. Our t-shirts are sourced from Continental Clothing or Gildan Activewear. We source out hoodies from Russell and Continental Clothing. Our hoodies are 90% cotton and 10% polyester.
